Complementing the system is the 1-To-1 Wireless Counting System, designed to ensure every bolt is tightened on the production line. When a “click” is detected, a wireless signal is instantly transmitted (up to 20m range, 2.4GHz) to the receiver for immediate confirmation.

- When the communication between the wrench and the server is interrupted, data will be automatically stored in the wrench memory. Once communication is restored, data will be automatically uploaded. Data can also be manually uploaded via the USB Update Software.

DC-04WX Series 1-To-1 Wireless Transmitter System (Counting Type) for Preset Torque Wrench
Note: The DC-04WX model includes wireless transmitter and receiver (preset torque wrench not included). This system needs to be used with NovaTork PC series preset torque wrench.
- This One-to-One wireless transmission system is specially designed for the production line to ensure all the bolts are tightened.
- On detecting the wrench’s “Click”, the receiver will capture the wireless signal and output a switch signal for immediate user application.

Special
- This wired transmitter unit may be preferred where interference may interfere with the wireless signal transmission.
- The transmitter is mounted at the end of the torque wrench. Each time the wrench “Clicks”, it sends an OK signal to an external receiver for further processing of the signal information.
- Requires DC24V/2A power supply. Ensure the torque wrench is in proper working condition, then connect the aviation plug to begin operation.
