TES Series Torque Tester

Designed for calibration or inspection of torque wrenches at the production site.

3 Test modes: First Peak, Peak and Track.
When the set torque is reached, there will be an audible and visual alarm.
Peak value hold function for First Peak and Peak mode.
Torque error% display function.
Memory function: Store 1500 sets of data as required, each set include time, unit, and value.
Switchable backlight for dark conditions.
Battery level display.
Micro-USB port for charging and uploading data to computer.
The built-in lithium battery can be charged by the dedicated the charging adapter.

TS Series Manual Loader for Torque Wrench Testing

Note: Torque tester and torque wrench are not included.

The large diameter hand wheel can be easily turned to test the torque wrench with controlled speed of force application.
Equipped with a reduction gearbox for more effortless testing operation.
Different transducers can be used by installing appropriate adapter plates on the transducer shaft.
The meter tray is height-adjustable for optimal viewing of readings.
The sliding block with support plate can be adjusted to accommodate torque wrenches of different lengths and keep them horizontal.

TSTEQBCH Series Torque Wrench Testing Trolley with Panel PC

This trolley is designed for on-site torque wrench testing and calibration on production lines.
It features an industrial all-in-one panel PC with a responsive touchscreen for intuitive menu operation and easy-to-read data, keeping the workspace clean and organized.
The worktop features organized slots for multiple BZ transducers, which can be automatically recognized by the system upon connection.
The reaction bar is adjustable to accommodate wrenches of various lengths.
A large handwheel on the front allows smooth and controlled force application for precise testing.
With four wheels, including dual swivel casters, the trolley can be easily moved by the side handle and secured with wheel brakes.
Built-in storage drawers keep transducers, USB cables, and tools neatly organized.
The L model features an automatically deployable extension bar (electrically operated), enabling efficient testing of large torque wrenches.
